Update for Mobile Signing Tutorial

For all of you who like Mobile Signer, I updated my tutorial.

A better version of SignSIS and the twenty-years certicficat / key file can be downloaded directly in the tutorial.

Above all, I fixed the problem, that some people get the message “Protected Program from a unauthenticated Proposer can not be installed”, when they want to install the signed application.
