Well, this is just my speculation which seems to be very certain. Thanks to the N82 Blog, I was able to have a look at the data sheet of the upcoming new N82 Black.
This data sheet showed not the normal features we know from other N82 versions: the N82 Black supports Flash Lite 3, geotagging and will probably have the new N-Gage application for the full arena preinstalled.
Flash Lite 3 has already been implemented into the other Nseries flagships N95 and N95 8GB with more or less recently released firmware updates. So it’s obvious that Nokia will also give N82 users the possibility to watch videos on YouTube or view other Flash content directly in the browser.

It’s already made public that the new N82 firmware will be released soon and also the fact that this firmware will bring onboard geotagging without additional software is a certain thing. Because the N82 Black is actually only a very popular new color version of the N82 classic and has no hardware changes, I am guessing that it will have the new firmware onboard. The firmware will also be released for all the other N82 versions, differing from the N82 Black only from their look and so we can imply the features visible in the N82 Black data sheet will be the same as for the classic one.

Nice to see this step from Nokia as we expected Flash Lite 3 support only for the upcoming Feature Pack 2 devices some months ago when we still didn’t know Nokia’s plans. The N82 has similar to the N95 8GB great conditions to offer full web experience – with impressive 128 MB RAM which are necessary to view Flash content.
The N95 lacks free RAM which is noticeable every time you view Flash with the browser. Till now it’s not great fun to watch videos like this, “Memory full” messages are appearing all along.
Because the N82 Black is expected to be released soon, also the release of the new firmware shouldn’t take very long.
