Video: S60 RC truck catching eyes at the Web 2.0 Expo

Saara from See into S60 has attended the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco and reports that the greatest attraction has definetly been the S60 RC truck. This little vehicle is controlled with a Python-based application, the Shaker Racer, on a Nokia N95. The application uses the accelometer of the Nokia N95 to communicate with the truck over Bluetooth.

I think you already know the project of Symbian Resources about which I have already written, but it is once again great to see this little vehicle controlled by the Shaker Racer script in movement.

This is a great example of the open source innovation that Python for S60 enables. As you see, it is a useful tool for prototyping applications and experimenting with new development ideas.
