I am using Microsoft’s operating system Vista and so I have already made experiences with the problems the Nokia Software Update, Nokia’s tool to give users of their phones the opportunity to update their phones at home, causes when using it with Microsoft’s controversial successor of Windows XP. Microsoft has recently changed Vista configuration which let the number of problems rise onwards.
Nokia seems to have enough of the constant user complaints regarding the problems they have in the daily use with the NSU and that’s why Nokia has temporarily removed support for Microsoft Vista from the Nokia Software Updater.
Support will be reintroduced as soon as possible. Nokia apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
