Maybe you have heard about the disussion that has been kicked of by All About N-Gage a few days ago by unveiling that purchased N-Gage games are locked to one IMEI. They can be activated on one phone as often as you like e.g. after resetting your phone, but when you buy a new device or want to use your second phone, the game activation won’t work.
Nokia’s official stated policy is that N-Gage activation codes should only work on the device where they were first activated, because they feel this is an important way to combat digital piracy and ensure that their partners are not losing out on sales.

As announced, the N-Gage team has today released the futuristic snake game, “Snakes Subsonic”.
“Snakes Subsonic” packs the old classic snake game principle to control a constantly moving snake with left and right turns by collecting items through a level. It delivers an addictive blend of music-driven puzzle solving fused with subsonic speed.

Nokia and KONAMI, a leading global developer, publisher and manufacturer of electronic entertainment properties, today announced that KONAMI mobile titles will be added to the N-Gage mobile games platform. The mobile version of the award-winning METAL GEAR SOLID® will be the first title in the games line-up. I think all of you who did the kind step to provide the N-Gage team your feedback about the gaming platform by filling in the survey are aware that Nokia will recompense this with a free license for “Mile High Pinball” and furthermore 1000 arena points added to your N-Gage profile.
I just wanted to briefly inform you that at least for me the execution of the point addition has been succesfully done to show other participators of the survey who didn’t notice anything yet that they should check their profile state or can at least expect an increase of arena points in the next days.

More and more games are release progressively by the N-Gage team this time, however we are still waiting for real game highlights like “ONE” or “Brothers in Arms”.
Anyway, next week will be another point of time when Nokia will make a new game available through the N-Gage showroom, ”Snakes Subsonic”.

The Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF) last night unveiled the winners of this year’s coveted Meffys awards at a glitzy gala dinner in Cannes. The Meffys, sponsored by Nokia for the second year running, were hosted by popular TV presenter and Gadget Show guru Suzi Perry.
This year’s winners were selected from more than 200 submissions from 21 countries covering four continents, underlining the universal appeal of mobile entertainment.

As the official N-Gage blog has announced some days ago, the efforts of releasing the N-Gage title “Mile High Pinball” have been pretty high so that the game is now finally available through the N-Gage application.
Mile High Pinball is a nice pinball port to S60 phones and part of Nokia’s gaming platform.´

A great page I am reading from time to time in my spare time is GameCyte and I was very suprised to just see them writing a very interesting article about the mysterious “Project White Rock”.
Unveiled has been the N-Gage title “Reset Generation”, the very first cross-plattform game which will be playable on N-Gage compatible phones and on desktop computers.

You still remember the N-Gage First Access survey? Participators who completed it and provided the N-Gage team useful information about the gaming platform will have the pleasure to receive 1000 N-Gage community points and a full version of the upcoming N-Gage title “Mile High Pinball”.

Week per week are new games added to the N-Gage platform which contains now a lot of interesting games compared to the sobering release with only very few games some time ago.
Today we can welcome “Tetris” and “Block Breaker Deluxe”, two games which use a classic game principle packed into modern graphics which match to the high-end mobile gaming arena.
