I found a nice gallery of the upcoming Symbian UIQ device G900 over at Daily Mobile. The G900 is indeed a very interesting phone which features up-to-date multimedia features like an impressive 5MP camera with auto focus plus the great UIQ touchscreen control.
If you until now torn between this kind of control and great multimedia features from S60 phones, the G900 could be very interesting for you. Read the rest of this entry »

Nokia has announced their new S60 phone 6650 in exclusive cooperation with T-Mobile. Endgadget Mobile had the possibility to get their hands on the new phone at the T-Mobile booth at the Cebit and they have taken some pictures.
I did also not like the N76 and in my opinion Nokia fails in producing nice looking phones with a flip phone form factor. I am anyhow no fan of flip phones; so I also don’t like the 6650’s design, but maybe you like the steely display and flat keyboard?

Vodafone in cooperation with BILD showed a totally new kind of a search enigne for mobile phones at the Cebit in Germany, Hannover.
The new service called “Otello” is based on images instead of words: if you find an image related with a topic about which you want to find out more, you can take a picture of it with the mobile phone’s camera and send the photo to the “Otello” service.

I continue with another photo gallery of Symbian phones announced at Mobile World Congress.
The Nokia 6220 Classic was the most surprising announcement for me actually. The features are really great, including a 5 MP camera with Xenon flash and a GPS chip. It is honestly no design miracle, but doesn’t look that bad.

After the N96 gallery, I am presenting you photos of the N73 successor, the N78. It was also exhibited at Mobile World Congress, so I am not able to post my own pictures.
I am using again the nice pictures taken by Mobil.cz. The N78 is not really pleasing me, anyway that’s only my opinion and maybe you like it?

The N96 has been announced at the begin of the week at Mobile World Congress, but I haven’t been there and so I cannot post any own content about the new Nseries flagship.
In my opinion, it is very nice designed, although very similar to the N81.
Anyway, I found a very nice picture gallery at Mobil.cz of the N96 which is worth to be shared here.

There were lots of rumours about other color versions of Nokia’s newest Nseries device, the N82. We have seen a lot of fakes of the long awaited black version and we have seen real photos of the white version, but we have been waiting and waiting for any suitable information about the most awaited color, a black N82.
Finally the Nokia US Store has published pictures of an N82 Black that looks better than all the fakes we have seen: dressed in complete black, with a black front and back cover.
Till now, it seems like it is an exclusive US version, but I really hope other continents will also get the pleasure to buy this amazing looking phone.
It shall be announced at Mobile World Congress and available the 12th February for a price at around 630 $.

I hope you remeber my post about the improved E90 version. Finally Nokia built in a keypad that doesn’t leave imprints on the screen.
All I have to say about this topic is written here. Enjoy the photos:

In this post, I told you about the great new Nokia Beta Labs application “Location Tagger” which is able to save the position where it has been taken in the EXIF header.
Flickr can use such information to view the positions of the pictures on a map.
